ABOUT US
Alexis Gallice has imagined the French Soccer Institute© (FSI) concept from a blend of his soccer background as a player and educator in France and US, his university studies, entrepreneurial experiences and own professional soccer’s network. He has been influenced by the special history of his family.
His grand father, René Gallice, an international and professional soccer player from the end of the 30’s until the 50’s, joined the France Libre as a soldier and took part in the main fightings of the World War II. His father, Jean Gallice, played for FC Girondins de Bordeaux, Olympique Lyonnais and the French Men National Team (FMNT) in the 70’s and 80’s, and, as a trainer for the French Football Federation (FFF) in the 2000’s, is one of the contributor of the “Formation à la française”.
They are the 1st family with two following generations to be part of the FMNT “Les Bleus”.
The will and the goal of Alexis Gallice is to create and develop a French-American and an international collective dynamic of experts, professionals, players, researchers, fans and lovers of football/soccer, considered as a game, and a powerful lever of action for people’s development and society evolution.
The FSI has to initiate, to be a main actor and to be focused on the football/soccer re-evolution©, an on-going process of continuous improvement : youth training, coach and educator training, club’s philosophy, strategy, management, marketing and communication, fans’ experience, stadium and facilities programming and operating, etc.
The FSI is at the same time a platform and a bridge between US and Europe, as a place for sharing experiences.
Our innovative concepts
The FSI Technical Committee has created the concepts of
soccer re-evolution© and territory of training©
And It’s through these 2 innovative concepts that the FSI field staff work for and with the local communities, clubs, universities, colleges, schools and players.
Our field staff use the systemic and the ecological approaches for clubs’ projects, youth training programming and sessions, players’ development.
